成长期的小企业在向稳步发展的过程中,渐渐进入了管理性盲区——领导风格倾向于独裁、组织运行效率低下、企业制度缺位、人才机制落后、企业文化难以树立等等,这些问题的存在严重阻碍了进入稳定发展阶段。本文通过对中小企业成长期中的管理现状出发,分析存在的管理瓶颈,提出针对性的解决措施。
