随着我国基础建设形势的蓬勃展开和西部开发战略的推行,我国的建设施工机械获得了一个大好发展机遇。同时国家也加强了在发展中对保护生态环境的控制力度。施工机械的使用不能损害人类的生存环境,这种要求已是必然趋势。这就促使我们提高和改善混凝土施工机械的技术品质。如果只注重降低成本,而不同时注重自己的产品与时俱进,最终也将影响到产品本身的前途。因此,从人类生存环境保护的角度出发,论述了一系列促进可持续发展的措施。
