眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)血流变化是早期间接反映脑动脉缺血改变的一种可靠方法[1].应用彩色多普勒超声(CDI)测量高血压患者眼部血管的血流速度,可了解眼部的灌注状态.但目前的研究通常仅对高血压患者和正常对照者的血流动力学指标进行对比分析[2,3],未对高血压视网膜病变(HPR)进行分级比较.
