实施再就业工程,是加大产业结构调整、建立社会主义市场经济体制的重要配套措施,是企业改革遇到的难点,职工关注的热点,也是思想政治工作的重点。上海工业企业在实施再就业工程中做了大量思想政治工作,取得了很好的效果。本刊从本期起,连载上海市形势政策教育研究会、上海市思想政治工作研究所和上海市工业职工思想政治工作研究会联合课题组依据市政研会’97研究科目进行的调查。供各地参考。
The implementation of the reemployment project is an important supporting measure to increase industrial restructuring and establish a socialist market economy.
