作者对30例住院戒毒的酒精依赖性患者的活检骨髓进行观察,男23,女7,平均年龄30.2(18-67)岁。血象除1例有贫血,1例网织红增加,4例血小板减少外,多数患者Hb、WBC及PL均正常,86.6%患者的MCV增大,2/3显示大红细胞血症,γ谷氨酸转化酶及GPT显著升高,18例血清铁增加,血清叶酸仅2例轻度升高,25例VB_(12)~n在正常范围内。13例作过肝活检,8例为脂肪肝,5例为典型肝硬化。骨髓活检:28例红系过度增生,28例有环铁幼红细胞,最高达红系细胞的75%,25例出现巨幼红,17例出现多核幼红细胞;粒系显示核浆发育不平衡,过早分叶及空泡;巨核细胞未见异常;浆细胞数目增加,29例的浆细胞见到铁颗粒。3例作骨髓细胞培养,见集落生长正常,骨髓巨幼红细胞的出现与血清
