创新思维是一种宝贵的思维模式,尤其是在二十一世纪的今天,创新型人才深受各行各业的青睐,培养创新型人才已经成为了现代教育工作的重中之重。在小学阶段学生有着较强的可塑性,是形成创新思维的关键时期,在小学教育中渗透融合创新观念,有助于激发学生的内在潜能,培养学生的创新能力。本文将对小学教育中存在的主要问题加以分析,并提出培养学生创新思维的有效途径,以期全面提高小学教育的实效性,促进学生综合能力的全面发展。
Innovative thinking is a valuable mode of thinking. Especially in the 21st century, innovative talents are favored by all walks of life and cultivating innovative talents has become the most important task in modern education. In primary school, students have strong plasticity, which forms a crucial period of innovative thinking. It infiltrates and integrates innovative ideas in primary school education, which helps to stimulate students ’intrinsic potential and cultivate students’ innovative ability. This article will analyze the main problems in primary education and put forward an effective way to train students ’innovative thinking in order to improve the effectiveness of primary education in an all-round way and promote the all-round development of students’ comprehensive ability.
