日本经济发展在70年代中期经过一重大转折,随后即开始呈现出一系列引人注目的新特点和新趋向。其中尤为引人注目的,当数其周期波动的弱化趋向。如何运用马克思主义关于资本主义社会再生产周期的基本理论对这一趋向作出科学解释,无疑是摆在我们面前的一个重大的理论和现实问题。
Japan’s economic development passed a major turning point in the mid-1970s, and then began to show a series of compelling new features and trends. Particularly noticeable is the weakening of the cyclical fluctuations. How to use the Marxist basic theory on the cycle of capitalist society to make a scientific explanation of this trend is undoubtedly a major theoretical and practical issue before us.
