我国研制的WSPA而于候钢板相当于美国的Cor-Ten A钢强度指标,合碳量较低,具有良好的可焊性;冷轧板的塑性较好。 冷轧板的屈强比较小,有利于冲压成形;C.C.V值也较小,表明其复合冲压性能较好;γ值较大,其成形性要好于热轧板。冷轧板没有氧化友,除油工作也比较简单;不用抛丸处理,不会产生整体变形。所以,铁路客车采用冷轧耐候薄板具有较大的现实意义和较好的经济效益。
The WSPA developed in China is equivalent to the Cor-Ten A steel strength index in the United States, with a lower carbon content and good solderability. The plasticity of the cold rolled sheet is better. Cold-rolled sheet yield strength is relatively small, is conducive to stamping; C. CV value is also small, indicating that the composite stamping performance is better; γ value larger, the formability better than hot-rolled plate. Cold-rolled plate is not oxidized friend, degreasing work is relatively simple; without shot blasting processing, will not produce the overall deformation. Therefore, the use of cold-rolled railway passenger car sheet has great practical significance and good economic benefits.
