初中生正处于青春期,个性突出,有逆反心理,难以管理,这给初中班主任的工作带来一定难度。班主任如何进行管理才能使班级的学生积极向上,充满活力?这是班主任老师一直很关注的问题。班主任工作应该是一项以理服人的工作,一味强调严格的制度,强制学生遵守纪律,并不可取。相反不采取任何严厉措施,一味放任学生,也不利于学生的发展。所以,初中班主任应该明确“宽”与“严”之间的界限,坚持适度原则。
Junior high school students are in adolescence, prominent personality, rebellious, difficult to manage, which give junior high school class teacher’s work to bring some difficulty.
