本文采用低碘饲料建立的碘缺乏大鼠模型,观察了碘缺乏对发育期雄性大鼠血浆睾酮及精子发生的影响。结果表明:缺碘所致的大鼠甲低没有影响睾丸的体积和血浆睾酮,实验组和对照组均在45日龄出现精子。这提示:缺碘三个月母鼠所生的第一代仔鼠睾丸发育是正常的。
In this paper, iodine deficient rat model established by low iodine feed was used to observe the effect of iodine deficiency on plasma testosterone and spermatogenesis in developing male rats. The results showed that iodine-induced hypothyroidism in rats did not affect the testicular volume and plasma testosterone, both in the experimental and control groups at 45 days old. This prompts: testosterone development of first generation offspring born to mothers with iodine deficiency for three months is normal.
