最近,鞍钢矿山公司大孤山铁矿与鞍山钢铁学院联合研制的垂直深孔底部水间隔装药爆破新技术,通过了技术鉴定。 1989年3~7月,这项新技术在大孤山铁矿磁铁石英岩、千山花岗岩、混合岩等各岩种中,进行了多次爆破试验。其中:试验爆区58个,药孔1939个。结果表明;缩小爆破前冲2至3米,降低综合根块率20%,降低炸药单耗11%,减弱爆破振动强度25%以上,年可创经济效益50余万元。
Recently, the new technology of vertical deep-hole bottom water-separation charge blasting jointly developed by Anshan Iron and Steel Company Dagushan Iron Mine and Anshan Iron and Steel Institute passed technical appraisal. From March to July of 1989, this new technology has carried out several blasting tests in various rock types such as Dagushan magnetite quartzite, Qianshan granite and mixed rock. Of which: 58 test burst area, medicine hole 1939. The results show that shrinking blasting front 2 to 3 meters, reducing composite root block rate 20%, reducing explosive unit consumption 11%, reducing the vibration intensity of blasting more than 25%, the annual economic benefit of more than 50 million.
