本文之目的在于从理论上得到反映焊接飞溅随焊接电流变化的规律。为此,根据可靠性理论。对 CO_2电弧焊短路过程,建立起短路金属液桥失效模型。借助该模型,对焊接飞溅与焊接电流关系进行推导,得到了单位电流的焊接飞溅率(?)M%与焊接电流 I 关系的表达式:(?)M%/(?)I=aAm(aI+b)~(m-1)/η~m+2(aI+b)~m式中的 A、m、η与 a、b 均是常数。由此式求得的计算值与试验值基本相符。
The purpose of this paper is to theoretically get a reflection of the welding spatter with the welding current changes. For this reason, according to the reliability theory. For short circuit process of CO_2 arc welding, a failure model of short-circuit metal-liquid bridge is established. With the help of this model, the relationship between welding spatter and welding current is deduced and the relationship between welding spattering rate (%) per unit current and welding current I is obtained: () M% / () I = aAm + b) ~ (m-1) / η ~ m + 2 (aI + b) ~ m where A, m, η and a, b are all constants. The calculated value obtained by this formula is basically consistent with the experimental value.
