两个地方提供的数字差距大得骇人,里面究竟出了什么问题?怪事,也不是怪事。11月10日,工信部网站消息,根据对机动车整车出厂合格证统计,2015年10月,我国新能源汽车生产5.07万辆,同比增长8倍。其中,纯电动乘用车生产2.17万辆,同比增长8.5倍;插电式混合动力乘用车生产7028辆,同比增长2倍;纯电动商用车生产1.96万辆,同比增长4倍;插电式混合动力商用车生产2389辆,同比增长2倍。
