目的:探讨磨牙纵折保存修复治疗的方法、注意事项及治疗效果。方法:结扎丝固定,完善根充,制备银锭样洞型形成内固定,加全冠外固定修复。结果:经过1~5年临床观察,121颗牙体纵折的牙齿,成功修复,效果良好,恢复正常咀嚼功能。12颗修复后可咀嚼一般食物,仍然能保存实用,临床总有效率97.7%.3颗修复后牙槽骨吸收,III度松动而导致失败。结论:磨牙纵折经裂隙清洗,结扎复位,降低咬合,完善根充,银锭固位,全冠修复后,达到了保存纵折磨牙,恢复正常咀嚼功能。
Objective: To investigate the methods, precautions and therapeutic effects of molars preservation and restoration treatment. Methods: Ligation wire fixation, perfect root filling, preparation of silver ingot-like hole to form internal fixation, plus full crown external fixation. Results: After 1 to 5 years of clinical observation, 121 teeth folded longitudinally were successfully repaired with good effect and returned to normal masticatory function. 12 can be chewed to repair general food, can still be preserved and practical, the total effective rate of 97.7% .3 after the restoration of alveolar bone, III degree loosening and failure. Conclusion: Longitudinal fracture of molars was cleaved by cleft, ligation and reduction were performed to reduce occlusion, improve the root filling and silver ingot retention, and then restore the normal masticatory function after the crown restoration.
