“青年文明号”是伴随着市场经济应运而生的新的成长型的价值与形象载体,它有一套完整的管理规定及制度,是衡量企业及社团组织在参与社会化服务过程中综合服务质量的一个竞争平台与考核尺度。对照我们目前的“创青”工作,笔者认为在严、深、细的管理上功夫不够深,只是把“青年文明号”当作一种活动,而没有把它当作一种日常的管理规范与工作制度来贯穿其中,往往是检查完了,授牌了,工作又回到老状态了,所以今后还要在细化、量化、规范化和严加考核上下功夫,尤其要从以下几个方面加以探究,抓一发而带动全身。
