采用原子荧光分光光度法,测定了常德地区17种食品的硒含量。结果表明,蘑菇、纽荷尔脐橙、富硒红心柚、富硒柑桔、富硒醉金香葡萄、富硒金手指葡萄、富硒维多利亚葡萄、富硒夏黑葡萄、黑茶、冷溪绿茶、茶油、富硒油葵油、富硒大米、富硒香米、富硒猪肉、红葡萄酒及富硒白酒中硒含量分别为0.400、0.010、0.023、0.017、0.398、1.159、0.448、0.555、0.430、0.363、0.093、0.037、1.000、1.296、0.134、0.535、0.106 mg/kg,为科学定量补硒提供了理论依据。
The atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to determine the selenium content of 17 kinds of foods in Changde. The results showed that Mushrooms, Newhall navel orange, Selenium-rich red grapefruit, Selenium-enriched orange, Selenium-rich Aura grapes, Selenium-rich golden finger grapes, Selenium-rich Victorian grape, Selenium-rich black grape, Selenium content in tea oil, selenium-enriched sunflower oil, selenium-enriched rice, selenium-enriched rice, selenium-enriched pork, red wine and selenium-enriched white wine were respectively 0.400,0.010,0.023,0.017,0.398,1.159,0.448,0.555, 0.430,0.363,0.093,0.037,1.000,1.296,0.134,0.535,0.106 mg / kg, provides a theoretical basis for scientific quantitative selenium.
