一、前言莱芜钢铁厂第一钢厂中轧车间47.35m~2两段连续式轧钢加热炉,改造前年均重油消耗是49.35kg/t钢材,可比单耗是0.3297×10~6kcal/t坯,达到了特等炉水平。为了充分利用莱钢的焦炉煤气(以下简称煤气),节省重油,在1985年6月,结合炉子大修,对其作了较大的技术改造,由烧重油改烧煤气,当年七月投产。改造设计不但采用了国内的部分新技术、新设备、新材料。而且,创造出了技术性能先进,经济效益显著的倒“山”字型两段连续轧钢加热炉。 1986年5月山东省冶金总公司在莱钢一钢对该加热炉进行了评议、验收。评议、验收合格,总公司代表冶金部正式授予该倒
