对安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司无缝钢管厂的直流传动拔管机的速度控制系统进行了改进，实现了低速咬入、高速拔制的速度自动控制。实践表明，该项改进提高了拔管机的机时产量，减少了钢管断头，提高了成材率。该技术也可用于交流传动的拔管设备。
Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Seamless Steel Tube Plant of the DC transmission pipe pulling machine speed control system has been improved to achieve low-speed biting, high-speed pull speed control. Practice shows that the improvement improves the machine-time output of the pipe pulling machine, reducing the pipe breakage and improving the finished product rate. The technology can also be used for AC drive extubation equipment.
