国内外关于视网膜母细胞瘤自发萎缩后又再复发的病例较为少见。最近我院遇到一例,现报告如下:李×男3岁住院号:256747 患儿生后14天左眼开始红肿,瞳孔区出现黄白色反光如猫眼。于1982年10月1日来我院就诊,经检查诊为:“左视网膜母细胞瘤”并收入院准备作眼球摘除术,因家长拒绝而出院。出院2个月,左眼球逐渐萎缩。1985年9月左眼被皮球碰后红肿,疼痛。萎缩的眼球也逐渐增大,时常伴有同侧头疼及恶心,呕吐等症。于同年11月5日再次收住院治疗。
