人的发展经济学作为一门新兴学科,已经成为当前中国经济学界的重点研究领域,并被《光明日报》列为2010年中国经济学理论研究的五大进展之一。的确,对于涉及多学科的人的发展经济学而言,其发展确实需要多学科、多领域的专家学者的参与。身为企业家的牛彦,长期关注中国文学和经济学的发展,他曾在《华夏纪实》发表了《21世纪初中国作家处境》和《21世纪初中国经济学家处境》,在社会上引起了较为强烈的反响。2010年,牛彦在亲历了中国第二次人的发展经济学研讨会之后,对人的发展经济学研究表现出了浓厚的兴趣且给予了高度的关注,并以一个“非研究学者”的身份对人的发展经济学的发展定位和目标等问题与编辑部人员进行了探讨、交流,提出了自己的独特见解。他认为,形成中国经济学的一个学派是人的发展经济学未来的目标,在定位选择上应该理论与实践并重。在已经集聚马哲和中哲学者参与研究的基础上,应进一步吸纳西哲学者的参与。对于正处于“撒网”阶段的中国人的发展经济学而言,其发展必须以跨越社会学为起点进行跨学科研究,形成集马哲、中哲和西哲为一体的研究队伍,以促使人的发展经济学得到更加全面的发展。诚然,牛彦先生所提及的部分观点虽值得商榷,但作为一家之言,其对人的发展经济学的发展仍具有积极的借鉴和启示意义。本刊特此将其刊发,以求得关注人的发展经济学研究的专家学者的关注和指正,并展开更为全面、深入的探讨,促进中国人的发展经济学的进一步发展。
Human development economics, as a new discipline, has become a key research field in China’s economic field at present and is listed as one of the five major progresses in the study of China’s economic theory in 2010 by the “Guangming Daily”. Indeed, the development economics of multidisciplinary people does require the participation of multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary experts and scholars. Niu Yan, an entrepreneur, has long been concerned with the development of Chinese literature and economics. He believes that the formation of a school of Chinese economics is the future goal of human development economics, both in theory and practice should be placed on the choice of orientation. Based on the participation of Marxist and Chinese philosophers in the research, the participation of Western philosophers should be further absorbed. For the developmental economics of Chinese people who are now at the stage of “casting nets,” their development must take an interdisciplinary approach starting from the perspective of sociology and form a research team integrating Mazhe, Zhongzhe and Xizhe with Promote human development economics to achieve more comprehensive development. To be sure, some of the points mentioned by Mr. Niu Yan are debatable. However, as a saying, it still has positive reference and inspiration for the development of human development economics. This article hereby publishes it in order to obtain the attention and correction of the experts and scholars concerned with human development economics and to conduct a more comprehensive and in-depth discussion to promote the further development of Chinese people’s development economics.
