学校管理既是一门科学,也是一门艺术。笔者认为:以先进的理念带动学校发展,在办学理念的定位上校长应当有全面的思路。多年来,我校在抓常规管理上,坚持制度管理与人文管理相结合,过程管理与考核结果相结合,充分调动了教师工作的积极性和主动性,办学质量逐年提升。具体做法如下:一、制度管理到位,激发教师的主观能动性制定出了一整套符合本校实际的规章制度,并在实践中不断充实和完善,日趋科学合理。对学校各项工作任务、完成目标、工作措施、注意的问题提出明确要求,并在狠抓落实上下功夫。以制度规范
