目的探讨早期整形手术对手部深度烧伤的治疗效果及体会。方法 80例手部深度烧伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组手部深度烧伤后24 h内进行整形手术处理,对照组手部深度烧伤后24~48 h进行整形手术,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,包括手部功能恢复及外观情况。结果观察组患者手部外观恢复的总有效率为95.0%,对照组为87.5%;观察组患者手部功能的恢复率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%;观察组患者手部外观恢复总有效率及手部功能恢复率均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽早进行整形手术,对于手部深度烧伤的术后手部功能恢复及外观修复,具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect and experience of early plastic surgery on deep hand burns. Methods 80 cases of hand deep burn patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with plastic surgery within 24 hours after the deep hand burn and the control group received plastic surgery 24 to 48 hours after the deep hand burn. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared, including hand function recovery and appearance. Results The total effective rate of hand appearance recovery was 95.0% in the observation group and 87.5% in the control group. The recovery rate of hand function in the observation group was 97.5% and that in the control group was 85.0%. In the observation group, Efficiency and hand function recovery rate were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The plastic surgery as soon as possible is of great significance for functional recovery and appearance repair of hand after deep hand burns.
