随着时代的发展,我国建筑行业也处于不断发展状态中,在现代城市中,新旧建筑的和谐共存已经成为了城市规划中的重点问题,也是城市规划中最常见的问题。在笔者看来,旧有建筑和新生建筑的处理问题也是建筑设计的关键之处,它决定了建筑设计的成败。接下来笔者将结合自身从业多年的经验和调查走访结果,基于旧有建筑和新生建筑的内容特点,详细论述两者和谐共生的相关理论,结合国内外对旧建筑改建的优秀实例,对旧有建筑和新生建筑之间的协调关系进行分析。
With the development of the times, China’s construction industry is also in a state of continuous development. In modern cities, the harmonious coexistence of old and new buildings has become a key issue in urban planning and also the most common problem in urban planning.
