通过文献资料法等,阐述《教育法修正案》第九条(以下简称TitleⅨ)对美国高校女子体育发展的影响,分析TitleⅨ的不足,并从中探寻对我国学校体育发展的启示。主要结论:TitleⅨ的颁布使美国高校女子体育在参与人数、参赛队伍、体育奖学金和经费方面都有了很大的提高,同时TitleⅨ带来的体育参与度的提高还对女子学业、身心健康及职业发展产生了积极影响。建议:我国在发展学校体育的进程中可以考虑法律手段的支持,在政策制定上淡化“强制性”因素,关注学生体育兴趣。
Through literature, etc., this article elaborates the influence of Article IX of the Education Law Amendment (hereinafter referred to as Title IX) on the development of female sports in American colleges and universities, analyzes the shortcomings of Title IX and explores its enlightenment on the development of physical education in our country. Main conclusions: The promulgation of Title IX has greatly improved the participation of women athletics in the American universities in terms of participation, teams, sports scholarships and funding. At the same time, the increase in sports participation brought by Title IX also affects women’s academic, physical and psychological well-being and occupations The development has had a positive impact. Suggestion: In the process of developing school physical education in our country, we can consider the support of legal means, dilute the “mandatory” factors in the policy making and pay attention to the students’ interest in physical education.
