目的调查老年人参加太极拳运动后的心理、生理和社会效果。方法采用CMI量表对133名老年人进行评定,分别将其分为自由运动组、太极拳训练组、非运动对照组。测量运动0月、2个月、6个月时的心身变化情况。结果2个月时抑郁、焦虑、紧张等心理症状分值降低;6个月时身体项目分值降低幅度为太极拳组>自由运动组>非运动组;社会参与活动较运动前好转。结论太极拳运动能够改善心身功能,继而激发社会功能的改善。
Objective To investigate the psychological, physiological and social effects of the elderly participating in Taijiquan exercise. Methods 133 elderly people were assessed by CMI scale, which were divided into free exercise group, Tai Chi training group and non-exercise control group. Measurement of movement 0 month, 2 months, 6 months of psychosomatic changes. Results At 2 months, the scores of depression, anxiety and stress were reduced. The scores of physical items decreased by six months were Taijiquan group, free exercise group and non-exercise group. The social participation activity was better than that before exercise. Conclusion Tai Chi exercise can improve mental and physical function, and then stimulate the improvement of social function.
