德育是一种积极的方式,它能熏陶感化人心。德育教育一直是教育教学的重点,作为一名中职英语教师兼班主任,在教学过程中把握适当的时机对学生进行德育教育是十分必要且颇有成效的。在英语教学中,教师深挖教材中的德育因素,时刻关注学生的德育教育效果,帮助学生树立科学的人生观、道德观、价值观;并且以身作则,发挥榜样示范作用,以人格魅力感染学生,促使他们内化于心、外化于行,这样才会在英语教学中收获德育教育的硕果。
