目的评定济宁市职业女性疲劳状况,探讨疲劳相关因素。方法采用疲劳评定量表(FAI)评定济宁市566名职业女性的疲劳状况及特征。结果济宁市职业女性疲劳严重程度平均为4.18±1.30,疲劳环境特异性因子评分为5.04±1.21,疲劳结果因子评分为5.20±1.55,疲劳对休息、睡眠的反应评分为5.69±1.78;护士和教师发生重度疲劳的频率分别为15.2%、17.5%,职业女性重度疲劳发生频率为10.2%,职业、年龄、工作紧张状态不同的女性其疲劳程度存在差异。结论年龄>35岁的护士、教师是疲劳易感人群,该人群应加强自我健康管理,社会及相关职业部门也应充分认识疲劳的危害,关注重点人群。
Objective To assess the fatigue status of working women in Jining and to explore the related factors of fatigue. Methods Fatigue rating scale (FAI) was used to assess the fatigue status and characteristics of 566 professional women in Jining. Results The average fatigue level of professional women in Jining was 4.18 ± 1.30, the fatigue environment specific factor score was 5.04 ± 1.21, the fatigue score factor was 5.20 ± 1.55, and the fatigue response to rest and sleep was 5.69 ± 1.78. Nurses and teachers The occurrence frequency of severe fatigue was 15.2% and 17.5%, respectively. The frequency of severe fatigue in working women was 10.2%. There were differences in the degree of fatigue between women with different occupations, ages and work stress. Conclusion Nurses and teachers aged> 35 years old are those who are susceptible to fatigue. The population should strengthen their self-health management. Social and related occupational departments should also fully understand the hazards of fatigue and pay attention to the key population.
