黄堽,原本是一个名不见经传的小镇,总面积不到60平方公里,3万4千多人。然而近年来,这个镇却因精神文明建设成就斐然而闻名遐迩。全镇政通人和,欣欣向荣,多次受到省、地、市的表彰。山东卫视、大众日报、菏泽日报等多家新闻媒体也相继进行了重点报道。每当谈起可喜的变化,黄堽镇的干部群众就会情不自禁地提到一个人,他就是菏泽市人大代表、山东省优秀乡镇党委书记、菏泽地区精神文明建设先进工作者张贵宾。
