信息网络对信息的质量起着决定性作用。网络的覆盖程度,决定着信息的丰富程度;网络的延展深度,决定着信息的真实程度;网络的素质水平,决定着信息的质量高低。这些年来,我们始终把信息网络作为重要的“基础工程”来抓,实践中体会到:在新形势下,只有充分发掘自身优势,有救避免网络建设上的难点,才能建好一个有地方特色、满足领导信息需求的灵敏、快速、高效的政务信息网络。
Information networks play a decisive role in the quality of information. The degree of network coverage determines the richness of information; the depth of the network determines the true level of information; the quality level of the network determines the quality of the information. In recent years, we have always grasped the information network as an important “basic project,” and in practice we have come to realize that under the new situation, only by fully exploiting its own advantages and by avoiding the difficulties in network construction can we build a well- A sensitive, rapid and efficient government information network that meets the needs of leadership information.
