我科于1983年收治一例巨大虹膜囊肿,经手术将虹膜囊肿与全部虹膜一并切除而治愈,观察22个月未见复发,现报告如下。 病历摘要 徐某 男,57岁,于四个月前无明显诱因左眼红、疼痛,视力减退,伴同侧偏头痛,近半月来症状加重且有恶心、呕吐,曾在当地医院诊断为“晶状体前房脱位”“继发性青光眼”,静点甘露醇及口服降眼压等药物治疗,症状缓解,但仍视物不清
