建立了锚杆锚固因素和水平地应力因素的巷道顶板力学模型,基于此模型提出了巷道失稳宽度Bmax的确定方法。首先推导出力学模型的基本方程,并通过Maple符号演算解算出方程的解析式,就Bmax的力学意义探讨了围岩的失稳机理。最后以东滩矿1305轨道回风巷作为算例,得出结论:当该巷道开挖宽度超出4.6 m围岩将产生明显的失稳现象,此后需预防冒顶事故的发生并采取合理的加强支护措施。
The mechanics model of roadway roof is established based on anchorage factor of anchorage bolt and horizontal stress factor. Based on this model, the method to determine the width of roadway instability width Bmax is proposed. First, the basic equations of the mechanical model are deduced, and the analytic formula of the equation is calculated by the Maple symbol calculus. The instability mechanism of surrounding rock is discussed in terms of the mechanical meaning of Bmax. Finally, taking the return airway of 1305 track in Dongtan Mine as an example, it is concluded that when the width of excavation of the roadway exceeds 4.6 m, the surrounding rock will have obvious instability, and then the occurrence of roof fall accidents should be prevented and a reasonable reinforcement should be taken Care measures.
