金属成形工业中降低成本,改善材料利用率和提高生产效率的要求今天比以往化何时期都要为迫切。锻造行业尤为如此。,它正不断受到不同金属成形方法与代用材料的挑战。目前可用两种本质不同的方式生产锻件:轧材锻造与粉末锻造。前者无疑是最常用的生产方法,包括熔化、铸锭、轧材、切料、加热及锻造。然而这一方式产生大量废料(特别是切料和切边),而且产生废料与生产锻件本身需要耗费同样费用。粉末锻造方式因为避免了早期裂纹与铸锭锻造等有关问题,对难锻合金特别具有吸引力。
