在空调进高校背景下,大学生宿舍的节能成了校园节能的重点。对安徽工业大学不同年代学生宿舍楼围护结构设计与热工性能进行了分析,并提出学生宿舍楼围护结构的节能改造方案,利用Design Builder对方案的节能效果进行了模拟。结果表明:外窗节能改造相比外遮阳和屋顶改造效果好,改造后的节能率可达到20%~30%,其中断热铝合金窗框和中空玻璃方案,性价比最优,投资回收期最短。研究为大学生宿舍建筑节能改造提供了参考。
In the context of air conditioning into colleges and universities, college dormitory energy saving has become the focus of campus energy conservation. This paper analyzes the design and thermal performance of enveloping structures of student dormitory buildings of different ages in Anhui University of Technology and puts forward the energy saving scheme of envelopment of student dormitory buildings. The energy saving effect of the scheme is simulated by Design Builder. The results show that the external energy saving retrofit is better than the external sunshade and roof retrofit, and the energy-saving rate can reach 20% ~ 30% after the retrofit. The solution of the heat-resisting aluminum alloy window frame and the insulating glass has the best performance-price ratio and the shortest payback period . The research provides a reference for the energy-saving renovation of college dormitory buildings.
