就业质量是高职院校办学水平的最终评价标准,理应成为高职院校发展的重要内容。本文在对高职毕业生就业质量的评价指标、就业质量现状进行分析的基础上,提出了提高高职院校毕业生就业质量的一些途径和方法。
The quality of employment is the final evaluation standard of higher vocational colleges, which should become an important part of the development of higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the employment quality evaluation index and the current situation of employment quality of vocational college graduates, this paper puts forward some ways and methods to improve the employment quality of higher vocational college graduates.
