2004年已是业界公认的房地产业政策年,这一年里,宏观调控政策相继出台,房地产业风起云涌、看头颇多。随着中央经济工作会议的召开,2005年经济工作的调子也已敲定,新一年里,宏观调控仍将继续推行,房地产业依旧在劫难逃。很难说宏观调控下的2005年中国房地产将会面临怎样的阵痛,还有什么政策出炉,还有什么风云激变,是动荡加剧还是日趋平稳?一切都存在不确定性。宏观调控下的2005年将是最不确定的一年,也将是最关键的一年。
