既有建筑绿色化改造将成为绿色建筑类别中重要的组成部分,但我国对于既有建筑绿色化改造项目目前还未有统一的参考标准。绿色诊断是绿色化改造中重要的阶段,诊断结果是改造方案的参照依据和改造技术的支撑,为既有建筑改造成绿色建筑并有效运营奠定了重要的第一步。因此通过内蒙古规划设计院办公楼项目绿色化改造中制定的诊断方法和内容进行分析,体现出诊断过程对整个绿色化改造的必要性。
Existing green building renovation will become an important part of the green building category, but our country for the existing green building renovation project has not yet a uniform reference standard. Green diagnosis is an important stage in green transformation. The diagnosis results are the reference basis for transformation programs and the support of transformation technologies, laying an important first step for the transformation of existing buildings into green buildings and effective operation. Therefore, by analyzing the diagnostic methods and contents formulated in the green transformation of the office buildings in Inner Mongolia Planning and Design Institute, it reflects the necessity of the diagnosis process for the entire green transformation.
