近年来由于临床用药方法的不断改进,新药数量的激增,各种药物应用范围越来越广泛,方法也越来越多。如何合理选择、使用各种药物,掌握其产生的毒、副反应,防止或减少不良反应发生,本刊将以连载形式陆续刊登这方面内容,并介绍抗生药物、心血管药物、抗肿瘤药物、抗哮喘等药物的临床应用现况及进展,以期使每个临床医生都能了解和掌握这一重要课题。
