In this study, Wistar rats were fed with 0.5% adenine feed for 7 weeks to produce a chronic renal failure model. The modified ultraviolet absorption method was used to determine the content of plasma molecules (MMS). To investigate the changes of plasma MMS content and the correlation and significance of MMS with its biochemical and hematological parameters. The kidney weight of model group was 5.01±0.62g, the ratio of kidney weight to body weight was 2.84±0.24%, and the ratio of kidney weight and kidney weight to body weight in normal group was 1.72±, respectively.
