为了促进我国著作权理论与实践的研究,保障从中华人民共和国著作权法的有效实施,由中国版权研究会和国家版权局主持召开的全国著作权理论与实践研讨会于1991年8月2日至6日在大连召开. 这次会是《中华人民共和国著作权法》自今年6月1日开始施行以来的第一次著作权理论与实践的研讨会.会议收到征文113篇,会上宣读论文32篇.来自中国版权研究会,国家版权局、各省、市、自治区版权局、全国人大、国务院及所属单位、最高人民法院、高等院校等的代表近百人出席了会议. 会议对著作权的法律问题和在著作权法施行中的实际问题进行了研究和探讨.研讨的内容涉及的方
In order to promote the study of the theory and practice of copyright in our country and guarantee the effective implementation of the copyright law of the People’s Republic of China, a seminar on the national theory and practice of copyright held by the China Copyright Research Institute and the State Copyright Administration was held from August 2 to August 6, 1991 Held in Dalian.The conference is the first seminar on the theory and practice of copyright since the implementation of the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China since June 1, 2001. The conference received 113 essay papers and 32 papers were presented at the conference.
