本文在解剖镜(16×～60×)下解剖观察了50侧成人鼻中隔的动脉,其血供属多源性,主要来自鼻后中隔动脉、筛前、后动脉,各动脉间有丰富的吻合支。无论是鼻中隔的血供或黎氏区动脉丛的组成,都以鼻后中隔动脉为主要来源,筛动脉次之。根据解剖所见,在处理鼻中隔严重鼻(血刃)需作动脉结扎时,建议首选位于蝶窦口前下部粘膜下的鼻后中隔动脉主干进行结扎,具有创伤小、止血快、涉及范围小、术后无并发症等优点。
