公司简介淮南市房屋建设公司于1984年5月组建,系全民所有制事业单位,企业化管理的国家一级房地产开发企业,省房地产30强,资信AAA。1997年8月公司改制挂牌淮南市房屋建设开发（集团）有限公司。公司成立一年来,在上级党和政府的关心支持下,经过广大职工的奉献拼搏,取得了物质文明建设和精神文明建设的丰硕成果,为淮南市建设做出了突出贡献。公司相继开发了朝阳、柏园、前锋、龙湖、钟郢、东苑、沁园等生活小区和其他生活片区,完成开发工作量4.88亿元,开发房屋面积134万平方米,实现销售4.8亿元,利税6,000余万元,取得了良好的经济效益。公司十分关心注重社会公益事业,无偿提供市政配套设施580余万元,为教育事业投资460余万元,向社会提供各种捐助86余万元,赢得了社会的广泛赞誉。公司两个文明建设硕果累累,先后多次获得“淮南市先迸单位”、“全省重合同守信用企业”、“省百家最佳优质服务单位”等荣誉称号,1997年初被省委、省政府命名为“文明单位”、2000年4月,荣获省“文明单位标兵”。2001年12月,公司被国家工商局公布为全国首批500家“重合同、守信用”企业,在我省房地产企业中是唯一的一家。
