目的:为鉴别和进一步开发研究蛇鳞草提供参考依据。方法:对蛇鳞草进行性状、显微鉴别。结果:根横切面可见表皮和内皮层;根茎中柱分3~5个,叶柄木质部呈竖着的“W”形;叶横切面中柱类心形,木质部“V”形。粉末可见单细胞非腺毛、方晶、棕色体、梯纹导管、孢子、气孔垂直式等。结论:以上鉴定特征对蛇鳞草具有鉴别意义。
Objective: To provide reference for the identification and further development of the study of snake scale grass. Methods: Characters and microscopic identification of S. pleurotus were performed. RESULTS: The epidermis and the endothelial layer were observed in the transverse section of the root; the middle column of the root was divided into 3 to 5, and the xylem of the petiole was in a vertical “W” shape; the center of the leaf in the transverse section of the leaf was heart-shaped and the xylem was “V” shaped. Powder can be seen in single cell non-glandular hair, cubic crystal, brown body, ladder catheter, spores, vertical pores and so on. Conclusion: The above identification features have differentiating significance for S. schisandra.
