就当前的现状来看,部分医院在实施财务管理工作的过程中仍然存在着某些不可忽视的问题,因而在此背景下,当代医院在实施管理工作的过程中应注重将财务战略思想融入到其中,继而由此来规范自身运行体系,并从运营及投资的角度出发提升自身整体财务管理水平,达到最佳的财务管理状态。本文从医院财务管理战略内涵分析入手,并详细阐述了基于财务战略思维提升医院财务管理效力的可行性,旨在其能推动当代医院管理工作的不断创新。
In the current situation, some hospitals still have some problems that can not be neglected in the process of implementing financial management. Therefore, in this background, the contemporary hospital should pay attention to integrate the financial strategy into the management of the hospital Which, in turn, to regulate its own operating system, and from the perspective of operations and investment to enhance their overall financial management, to achieve the best financial management status. This article begins with the connotation analysis of the hospital financial management strategy and elaborates the feasibility of improving the financial management effectiveness of the hospital based on the financial strategy thinking in order to promote the continuous innovation of the contemporary hospital management.
