Low-alloy high-speed steel has come out in Germany since the 1930s. Because of its low content of W and Mo, it is economical and practical. It has been widely used in developed countries, especially in the tool manufacturing industry. China’s traditional impact, the application of general high-speed steel quite a lot, the performance characteristics of low-alloy high-speed steel is little known.
