[目的]建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铍(Be)的方法。[方法]全血样用5%(v/v)硝酸脱去蛋白,经离心后取上清液进样,以0.5%(m/v)硝酸镁Mg(NO3)2作为基体改进剂,采用标准工作曲线法测定。[结果]测定方法的线性范围为0.18~5.00μg/L,相关系数(r)为0.9996,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为2.7%~4.2%,检出限为0.27μg/L,加标回收率为90%~100%。[结论]该方法取样量少,消解处理简单,且快速、准确,适用于全血中铍的测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of beryllium (Be) in whole blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [Method] The whole blood sample was deproteinized with 5% (v / v) nitric acid, centrifuged, and the supernatant was injected. Using 0.5% (m / v) Mg (NO3) 2 as matrix modifier, Working curve method. [Result] The linear range was 0.18 ~ 5.00μg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9996, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.7% ~ 4.2% and the limit of detection was 0.27μg / L. Spike recovery was 90% to 100%. [Conclusion] This method has the advantages of less sampling amount, simple digestion treatment, fast and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of beryllium in whole blood.
