骨关节炎是颞下颌关节(TMJ)最常见的非炎症性关节病,侵犯3个或3个以上关节者称为全身性骨关节炎(GOA);类风湿关节炎(RA)则是一种炎性关节炎,RA也常侵犯TMJ。虽然GOA常累及TMJ,但很少有人对其X线特征进行研究。由此本文调查了GOA患者的TMJ X线特征,并与RA患者作一比较。 材料和方法 GOA组20例,RA组21例,均具有TMJ累及症状,如疼痛、功能异常等。在TMJ X线体层摄影片上主要观察其硬组织改变、关节间隙、髁状突结构变化等。
Osteoarthritis is the most common non-inflammatory joint disease of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which is referred to as generalized osteoarthritis (GOA) in 3 or more of the joints; rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a Inflammatory arthritis, RA often violates TMJ. Although GOA often affects the TMJ, few studies have examined its X-ray features. This paper investigated the TMJ X-ray features of GOA patients and compared them with RA patients. Materials and Methods 20 cases of GOA group and 21 cases of RA group all had symptoms of TMJ, such as pain and dysfunction. TMJ X-ray tomography mainly observed changes in its hard tissue, joint space, condylar structure changes.
