女村官支持网络成立近半年来受到了广大女村官的拥护和欢迎。根据女村官们的愿望和要求,支持网络准备在2004年6月召开一次研讨会,会议的主题为如何处理村务中的危机事件。会议将由女村宫们讲述自己在工作中是如何面对和处理危机事件的,然后请有关专家对典型案例进行分析点评,以此对女村官进行村级领导管理方法的培训,提升她们应对突发事件的能力,同时进行性别意识的培训,提高女村官在参政议政中的性别敏感度
The village women’s support network was established in the last six months by the support and welcome of the majority of village women. According to the wishes and requests of the village women’s officials, the support network is scheduled to hold a seminar in June 2004 on the theme of how to deal with crisis events in village affairs. The meeting will be narrated by the women in the village about how they face and deal with the crisis during their work. Experts from different countries will then be invited to analyze and comment on typical cases so as to train female village officials in village-level leadership management and enhance their response Emergency incidents, gender-awareness training and raising the gender sensitivity of female village officials in participating in politics
