目的探讨vWF含量、PLT数量和凝血因子时间等凝血指标变化在DIC早期诊断中的临床价值。方法血清vWF测定采用酶联免疫吸附法,使用日本产OLYMPUSAU-400全自动生化分析仪测定;PT、APTT、TT、Fig测定采用凝固法,使用德国产全自动酶免仪测定;PLT计数用EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血,使用日本产五分类全自动血细胞计数仪测定。结果 DIC病例组血清vWF和Fig含量、PLT数量及PT、APTT、TT时间显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并随着DIC的发展而逐步升高。结论 vWF含量、PLT数量和凝血因子时间变化,能够反映机体的凝血状态,动态测定血清vWF和Fig含量、PLT数量及PT、APTT、TT时间变化,可以为DIC早期预测、诊断、治疗效果及预后监测等提供实验依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of changes of coagulation indexes such as vWF content, PLT quantity and clotting factor time in the early diagnosis of DIC. Methods Serum vWF was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), using OLYMPUS AU-400 automatic biochemical analyzer (Japan). PT, APTT, TT and Fig were measured by coagulation method using German- -K2 anticoagulant venous blood, measured using a Japanese-made five-category automatic hemocytometer. Results The serum levels of vWF and Fig, PLT, PT, APTT and TT in DIC group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01), and gradually increased with the development of DIC. Conclusions The changes of vWF, PLT and clotting factor can reflect the coagulation status of the body. Dynamic determination of serum vWF and Fig content, PLT quantity and PT, APTT and TT changes can be used for the early prediction, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of DIC Monitoring provide experimental evidence.
