就目前大学生存在的心理障碍状况和影响因素做了粗略的统计及分析,进而提出在思想和组织上正确对待和高度重视大学生的心理健康问题、心理健康教育应与思想政治教育结合起来、加强心理健康教育的发展性咨询辅导和增设心理课程、建设专兼职相结合的心理咨询师资队伍、引导大学生学会自我调适、建立长效教育机制等六个措施来应对大学生的心理健康教育。
This paper makes a rough statistics and analysis on the current psychological barriers and the influencing factors of undergraduates, and then put forward the correct treatment of the thought and organization and attaches great importance to the psychological health problems of college students. Mental health education should be combined with ideological and political education to strengthen the psychological Health counseling counseling and counseling counseling and additional psychology courses, the construction of part-time combination of counseling teachers to guide students to learn self-adjustment, the establishment of long-term education mechanisms and other six measures to deal with mental health education of college students.
