目的探讨复苏周期中非优质胚胎和非优质胚胎培养囊胚移植的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析266个冻融移植周期,根据胚胎移植时间分为非优质胚胎组(A组,181个周期)和非优质胚胎培养囊胚组(B组,85个周期)。比较两组患者的妊娠结局,包括临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率和抱婴率,同时分析年龄、不孕年限和子宫内膜厚度对妊娠结局的影响。结果两组患者在年龄、不孕年限和子宫内膜厚度方面均无显著差异(P>0.05)。临床妊娠率和流产率方面两组患者差异不显著(P>0.05),但非优质胚胎培养囊胚组的种植率和抱婴率极显著高于非优质胚胎移植组(P<0.01)。结论移植非优质胚胎减少了胚胎的浪费,增加了患者的妊娠机会,非优质胚胎培养至囊胚可显著提高种植率和抱婴率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of blastocyst transplantation in non-high quality embryos and non-high quality embryos in the resuscitation cycle. Methods A total of 266 freeze-thaw cycles were retrospectively analyzed. The embryo transfer time was divided into non-high quality embryo group (group A, 181 cycles) and non-high quality embryo blastocysts group (group B, 85 cycles). Pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups, including clinical pregnancy rates, implantation rates, abortion rates, and infanticide rates. The effects of age, duration of infertility, and endometrial thickness on outcome were compared. Results There was no significant difference in age, duration of infertility and endometrial thickness between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate (P> 0.05). However, the implantation rate and infant holding rate in non-high quality embryo blastocyst group were significantly higher than those in non-high quality embryo transfer group (P <0.01). Conclusion Transplantation of non-high-quality embryos reduces the waste of embryos and increases the chances of pregnancy. Non-high-quality embryos cultured to blastocysts can significantly increase the rate of implantation and the rate of holding babies.
